Veer Demalu Memorial College was established in the year 2004.It is a premier higher educational institution of Hojai district of Assam. Veer Demalu Memorial College is located in the border of the Karbi-Anglong and the Dimahasou district which is beautiful natural scenery and good infrastructure and requires of educational and other acdemic demands of its students and teachers. The goal of College is to all round development of physical, intellectual, and esthetic through academic pursuits and various co-curricular activities. This College is offering to opportunities of education to the poor but meritious students who can hardly pursue education at the privately managed institution proving quality education.
Veer Demalu College has provided teaching learning process with an emphasis of improving cognitive, conative and affective domains of the learners in the area. we always try to important that how to provide best quality education and skills development. The Distance learning facilities with the established of the study centre of cenre for Distance and online Education (IDOL) catering to the genuine needs of the prospective learners, who have been deprived of pursuing higher education because of multitarious reasons.
